I have 11 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, technical support, customer communication and management.  I continue to improve my professional and personal skills through continued education and online courses.  Most recently, I am working towards becoming a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist.  I love to learn and always look forward to new challenges and innovative ways of solving problems!
